Last week, as he has done twice a year since 2017, Erwan Bordet spoke at EFB as part of the “Mergers and Acquisitions Course” on the subject of “Setting up management packages and other profit-sharing tools”.
This was an opportunity to talk to future lawyers and, we hope, to encourage them to pursue a career in the profession.
