Imprescriptibility of the action for an injunction to publish documents and deeds in the Trade and Companies Register

The action provided for in article L. 123-5-1 of the French Commercial Code, which enables any interested party or the public prosecutor to obtain from the managing director of a legal entity the filing of the documents provided for in article R. 123-105 of the same code, is not subject to the limitation period provided for in article 2224 of the French Civil Code.
