Olivier began his career as a lawyer in 2010 within Arsene and was promoted partner in January 2021 before joining Duroc Partners as a partner in the summer of 2025.
Over the course of almost 15 years, Olivier has acquired proven experience in wealth tax matters, both as in consulting and in litigation, working with entrepreneurs and families as well as international groups.
As such, he is frequently involved in the implementation of business transfers or estate planning, the reorganization of holding and financing structures for business or personal assets, the definition and implementation of executive remuneration policies (employee shareholding, impatriation, expatriation, redundancy procedures) and management packages.
